General eSIM Installation Guide
Follow these simple steps to successfully set up your new eSIM on your smartphone.
⚠️ Before you begin:
- Make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection.
- Your device must be eSIM-compatible and unlocked.
- Print out the QR code or open it on a second device (such as a tablet or PC) to scan it with your cell phone.

Open Settings
Go to your smartphone's Settings and look for "Cellular" (Apple) or "Connections" > "SIM Card Management" (Android).

Add an eSIM
Tap "Add eSIM" or "Add Mobile Plan" and select the option to use a QR code.

Scan the QR code
Scan the QR code we sent you via email. Follow the on-screen instructions to download the profile (this may take a few minutes).

Enable Data Roaming
Select your new eSIM as your primary network for mobile data. Important: Turn on data roaming for this eSIM profile so you can browse the web while abroad.
